Guests will enjoy Burrata with grilled artichokes and citrus vinaigrette, handcrafted square spaghetti with Cacio e Pepe, ricotta cavatelli with a traditional three-meat ragù, braised Wagyu short rib with wild mushroom risotto, and a classic Affogato featuring Punch Abruzzo and espresso. Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium Pecorino, Trebbiano, and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wines that showcase the distinctive flavors of one of Italy's most celebrated wine regions.
